Jacqui Cheng has posted her thoughts on the buttonless trackpad, and her conclusion is that if you continue using the trackpad like there is a button at the bottom, it works almost exactly the same as the old trackpads. Interestingly, she also says the trackpad feels no different than her original MacBook Air’s trackpad.
