One Fullerton, California police officer has been charged with murder, and another of manslaughter, of Kelly Thomas.

In July, Fullerton police beat Kelly Thomas to death. The public has persistently placed pressure on the city to do what’s right and put them on trial. Video of the officers’ actions was integral to this, and it shows just how important it is for individuals to be able to record video of the police.
